Waking up

You know, waking up next to two complete strangers is a pretty weird experience.

Doing that and not then knowing who you are yourself is even weirder, and I know this because when I woke up I was sitting against a wall in a half dark room, not knowing at all who I was.

I'd tell you what happened before so I could explain why I was here now but to be really honest, I have no idea.

As the other two strangers sit up and look around I see there face have the same expression I'm feeling. Confusion and surprise. First thing I notice about these two strangers is that they are girls... Next is that both have browny hair kinda like mine, the third is that they look about the same age as me. 'Who are you?' asked the one with the slightly darker hair, I was about to speak up when I realized I have absolutely no idea, so I just shrugged. The three of us looked at each other for a second then suddenly out of nowhere I said, 'but you can call me Jenny... Not sure why though'. The girl with darker hair smiled, 'So I'm presuming then I'm not the only one who can't remember who she is.' I nodded. 'You can call me... Uh... Mari, yeah Mari, I love the name Mari.' I smiled then said, 'so we have a Jenny and a Mari.' turning to the girl who hadn't spoken yet but who was watching us I said, 'and you? What should we call you, or can you remember your name?' She scowled. 'I guess you should call me Meg then.' 'Okay' I said.

Looking around me I noticed that we were all sitting on beds, in a room with no floor, or more like the room was so small the beds fitted exactly and we just couldn't actually see the floor. I remember hoping with all my will power that there was actually a floor there. The walls were painted white but looked grey in the half light coming through a small window directly above me. Beside Meg was a small do which was bolted from the inside and that was it. It looked and felt so much like a prison cell it was scary. Mari pointed at the door, 'lets get outta here, its freaky.' she said. I nodded and Meg shrugged. Meg crawled to the door, unbolted it and tumbled out, followed by Mari and I. We all shook our heads slightly while our eyes adjusted to the bright light. We were standing outside a door with the number 27 on it in a corridor that looked oddly like a 80s style hotel, a bit like in that Doctor Who episode, Oh damn what was it called? Oh yes, The God Complex. It looked almost identical to the hotel from that episode. Anyway, at that moment, Mari suddenly exclaimed 'OH MY WOW. WHAT THE HELL ARE WE WEARING?' Mine and Megs eyes both shot down to what the three of us were wearing. All three of us were wearing bright pink tank tops with incredibly short shorts and high heels. I looked up at Mari and just stared until Meg elbowed me, when I suddenly asked, 'how the HELL could you have known that I what I'm wearing is remotely weird to me?' Meg nodded along with my question. Mari looked embarrassed and shrugged 'I don't know, I just did.' 'Okay' I accepted. 'Well first things first we need to get changed!' I was about to start walking when Meg grunted. 'Why would I go anywhere with you?' I could tell she was angry. I turned and examined her. 'Well seeing as you actually have no idea who you are or where we are, how we got into these clothes or ended up in a room locked from the inside, I suggest we stick together, at LEAST until we know where we are.' Mari gave a small clap, and Meg turned to glare at her, then at me. After a very painful minute she finally said, 'Okay fine, but no girly cuddles or stupid hand together moments. OKAY?' The last clearly pointed at Mari, she giggled and we both nodded.
