"Awe they're so cute!" Jai fawned.

"Take the bloody photo!" whispered James loudly.

"I've already taken a few!" Daniel said.

"Feel jealous that she's taken your man?" teased Beau. Everyone laughed. I opened my eyes and realised that Luke's arms were wrapped around my waist while I was pressed up against his body. I tried to wiggle out but his grip only tightened, earning a bunch of awes from all the boys. My cheeks started burning up.

"Luke," I mumbled, poking at his chest, "Luke!" I mumbled a bit louder.

Eventually he opened one eye and looked at me, smiling and wrapping his arms around me into a bear hug. "How is my best friend doing on this lovely day?" he smiled, putting his head on my shoulder so his head was wedged against the pillow.

"Luke... audience."

Luke whipped his head out and looked around, dropped his arms from around me and sitting up. I sat up after him.

"So are you guys dating now?" Daniel smirked holding a video camera up in our faces.

My eyes widened, my cheeks burnt "NO!" we both screeched. "Luke was just scared, he thought Regina George would out sass him," I said quickly, yeah it was a lie. But a funny one.

Luke glared at me and the boys laughed. We all went to the tiny kitchen and Beau grabbed out the cereal.

"But I want pannncakkkes!" Luke moaned, grabbing out the ingredients.

Jai walked over to Luke and shut the fridge door so he couldn't grab the milk. "Last time you made pancakes you got one stuck to the roof and another in my face. Not to mention the rest were burnt! And that wasn't even the first mixture because the first ended up on the floor. You are NOT making pancakes."

I suppressed a giggle and got out the ingredients for pancakes. "I think someone needs a lesson on pancake making," I smiled. The boys shuffled out of the room and into the backyard while I sifted the flour and got Luke to crack the eggs and make sure no shell made it into the mixture. After that I added the milk and mixed it all together.

"Alright Luke, I need you to continue mixing it, okay?" I said, passing him the bowl. He gave me a smile and a nod and, for whatever reason, it made me shiver. His smile was beautiful.

I sat back and watched him do the cooking. "God you're slow!" I wined after he had been mixing for 5 minutes. He looked up and the concentration was replaced with a devilish smile. "Yeah?" he asked. I nodded, probably wasn't the best option as he immediately put his hand in the mixture and then put his hand on my face.

"You bastard!" I cried, wiping the mixture from around my eyes, "that's it!"

Realising what I was about to do, he shielded his head and made a run for it. I grabbed a cup and filled it with some pancake mixture then put it to the side and continued making the pancakes, no way was he getting away with this. I would just wait till he least expected it.

I turned on the stove and made a couple of pancakes before Luke came out. "This is the part I always stuff up," he said after he had made sure I wasn't going to come at him with the frying pan.

I motioned for him to come over and take the pan from me, "alright, so, first we make sure the mix is all around the pan," I said, placing my hand on top of his and showing him the motion, "and now we wait for half a minute and then... flip," I continued, helping him flip the pancake.

"Its... its not burnt!"

"They're not meant to be burnt dumbo."

I set the table while he made the rest and then sat down in a random seat. When Luke had finished making his rookie-looking pancakes, he called the boys in who all sat down at the table. "Jai you're getting really fat," I joked as Jai sat on top of me.
