A/N: Hi, this is my new story. I hope you guys can enjoy it. It might seem a little boring at the beginning but I need to put up background story for story purposes. Thank you <3 comment, vote if you enjoyed

At 3:30 pm on a Sunday, finally we had finished unpacking our belongings in our old home.

The past 3 years have been constantly moving in and out from different places. My parents got divorced 5 years ago. Ever since, my mother has been looking for other options of life for both of us. I am an only child. I don't complain about it but the curiosity of having siblings still wanders around in my head.

I moved out barely when I was beginning the freshman year. Since then, I've been at different schools in which I really did not have many friends. My true friends are here. James and Lauren Reynolds, they're twins and they are just as weird as I am. I did not lose contact with them. And we've been seeing each other still. So I felt secure because I would be with them tomorrow, at the beginning of senior year.

I spent the rest of the afternoon playing Destiny in my room. My mother probably was downstairs giving her final touches to our living room.

I felt a sudden buzzing around my bed that made me immediately pause the game I was playing. I started looking around the bed until I finally found my phone between my sheets at the corner of my bed.

I had an upcoming call from James.

-"Hey!" I answered
-"Dude, have you finished everything over there?"
-"Yeah we finished unpacking like an hour ago. I'm just catching up with Destiny a little"
-"Okay cool, do you wanna meet at the mall or something?"
-"umm sure yeah, what time?"
-"In exactly one hour, I'll be there with Lauren. Text me when you get there we'll be at the Starbucks"
-"Alright, see ya"

I hung up and made my way to the shower. As I finished showering I wrapped a towel around my body and made it back to my bedroom. I took a pair of boxers and placed them on my bed. I took out some skinny jeans, a Motionless in white t-shirt and a pair of black and white vans.

When I finished getting dressed, I played some more video games until it was time to leave.

I made it there with 10 minutes of anticipation, I walked over to the Starbucks and scanned the store to find James and Lauren but they weren't there yet. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and texted James that I made it.

I decided to order a coffee before I met James and Lauren so I walked over to the ordering line in front of the counter.

"Dylan?" I heard a familiar voice calling my name behind me. When I turned around, that's when I saw Isabella Kelly, my eyes couldn't believe it. I was still processing.

Isabella Kelly
I haven't heard that name ever since I moved, 3 years ago. I had a crush on her since middle school. But she never took me seriously. After all, she is WAY too hot and way too popular for someone like me.

She was wearing a white crop top and a pair of floral high waisted shorts. Her lush long brown hair. Her winged eyeliner complementing her fierce green eyes. Her perfectly flat stomach with a small belly button piercing. Her boobs looked perfectly shaped from the outside. Like always. She was absolutely perfect in every sense.

"I-Isabella" I stuttered "Hey" I said

"I haven't seen you in so long, look how cute you've gotten" she said giving me sweet fine smile.

She called me "cute"?

"Yeah, actually I just moved back" I said

"Sweet, I guess I'll see you tomorrow at school?"

"Yeah I'll be there"

My heart was pounding like crazy. My palms were sweating. After all these years, she's still driving me crazy and it all came back at me within seconds.

"Someone's waiting for me outside, but here..." She said grabbing a piece of paper from her handbag and writing something on it. "Have my phone number, text me yours."
"I will" I said, acting as normal as I could.

"It was nice seeing you again Dylan"

"It was nice seeing you too"

She smiled. "Bye bye, I'll see ya" she said as she walked away.

After the longest 25 minutes of my life, James and Lauren finally arrived.

Lauren was wearing her red-ish brown hair in a ponytail. An All Time Low tee with her usual jeans and a pair of converses. She wasn't much of a girly girl but she was very pretty nevertheless. James had a v-neck white tee and a pair of black skinny jeans with some adidas shoes. His red-ish brown long hair brushed to the back with his sunglasses over his head.

"You guys took forever" I said as James and Lauren sat down in front of me

"I'm sorry dude but there was traffic outside the neighborhood, I think there was like a car accident or something" Explained James

"Plus, you know how James always drives like a granny" said Lauren

"Better granny than dead" said James. We laughed.

"So guys, guess who I ran into today?"

"Who?" They both asked.

"Isabella Kelly, remember her?" Lauren's smile dropped instantly and James gave me a confused look.

"Yeah? What'd she say?" asked James

"We just talked for a minute and then she gave me her phone number" I said

"You're not actually thinking of calling her or anything are you?" Asked Lauren.

"Well... I wasn't planning on it but I don't see why that would be a problem" I said

"Remember how she used you in middle school? Don't go back to that" said James

"Calm down, I'm not going back to anything. I just don't see why calling her or texting her would be a bad idea" I explained

"If I were you, I'd stay the fuck away from her" said Lauren.

"She's dating the biggest pretentious douchebag of our school, the guy's a complete lunatic." said James

"Who?"

"Ian Rosen" said Lauren "You'll definitely see him at school. He came new to our school shortly after you moved. He became popular really fast and now the whole school revolves around him"

I wasn't impressed by the fact that she was dating but somehow it kind of bothered me.

"He treats her like shit, once, he made her beg in front of everyone for him to take her back" said James

"How come she's still his girlfriend?" I asked

"She'd rather be treated like shit by the most popular guy in school, than being normal and not popular like the rest of us" said Lauren

She was still the same, doing anything to be on top, to be "important". Even though she did used me in the past, I still had a soft spot for her. I wasn't mad at her, not at all.

So to end the evening, I invited James and Lauren to sleep over so we could go together to school that next day.
