"Okay, Bree. You got this.Try not to die,and take it from there.Don't be weird, don't be weird."

This is my morning pep talk before I head into class late.Am I the only one who hates when you walk into class late and everyone stares at you? Everyone stares at you like you murdered their family.

Unfortunately today was the day my teacher,Mrs.Mattel, thought it was appropriate to change our seats. "Bree your next to Isaac" Mrs.Mattel says as she notions to Isaac Phillips like we haven't been in the same homeroom for 4 months.

The best part of sitting next to Isaac is he's really nice and cute, funny, smart, and I've liked I'm for like 2 months. On the other hand,I'm not sure ill fit through the small opening between the desks to sit at my own.I'm actually 206 pounds and I'm only 15 so you see my current predicament of nervousness towards this narrow space. We all know Mrs.Mattel can be a blood thirsty witch, but come on! Who sits innocent 15 year old, like myself, next the most perfect seeming boy and makes it impossible to get to your seat?! As I begin to descend to hell aka my awesome/terrible seat,I imagine decapitating Mrs.Mattel.Luckily everyone was still staring at me while I struggled to get through the opening(hint my sarcasm). I had almost achieved getting through when Mrs.Mattel had the audacity to open her fat fish lips and request that I sit next to Alexander Hebel.

Don't get me wrong,Alexander is nice and we don't have any past problems but he is that one kid that every school has(im guessing). You know "the kid".The one everyone avoids, makes fun of,runs away from, and gives fictional diseases for even more reasons to stay away from him.Yup,at Mandela Magnet High School we have the caste system. On the bottom it's the Social Suicides, since being seen or friends with them is social suicide.Next we have the Losers, they're either ugly ,boring, not funny or your typical emo person with a raging psychopath in the inside (this is me). After the Losers you have the Basics. They're the ones who are mutual friends with everyone, and are the perfect mix of popular and ignored.Moving a step up from the Perfect are the Hood Bitches. They are the rudest, transient, and most idiotic pieces of scrum to ever roam the Earth...and most girls wanna be them but certainly not for their "sparkling intellect".They're just cool, daring, pretty and rich. Lastly on top of the caste system pyramid are the Enlightened Ones. They're the perfect example of coolness popularity, modesty, and wholesome awesomeness. Our the castes rarely ever interact with each other except the Enlightened Ones who are generally kind to everyone. Our anthem is Status Quo from High School Musical.

Alexander is a Social Suicide, and sitting next to him is gonna knock me down a peg.

What a great start to my day this as been.I've embarrassed myself in front of not only Issac but the whole class, become a Social Suicide, and thanks to the homeroom hag(my new nickname for Mrs.Mattel) I can only stalk--i mean admire my future lover from a far as I feel my small amount of social abilities rapidly distinguishing. Can this all happen in 45 minutes? I must have broke a world record.
